1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to our application ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and the developer of the App ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases to access premium features. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that service, where applicable.
• EULA: Use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

3. License and User Conduct

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App on your Apple device. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to extract the source code or circumvent security measures.
• Scrape or systematically collect data from the App without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and features of the App are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
